An elegant Danish teak coffee table designed by Johannes Andersen for CFC Silkeborg during the 1960s.
A superb example of Scandinavian mid-century design, this table combines clean, minimalist lines with exceptional craftsmanship. The beautifully figured teak top showcases the rich natural grain, while the refined tapered legs create a light, sophisticated silhouette. An understated design that effortlessly complements both modern and period interiors.
The table retains its original attribution mark to the underside.
Condition
Presented in good vintage condition.
A historic repair has been professionally carried out to the underside of the leg frame. The repair is solid, stable and does not affect either the structural integrity or the overall appearance of the table.
There is also a small chip to one corner, which is relatively discreet and only mentioned for complete accuracy.
The table has been gently cleaned, whilst retaining its original patina. Minor age-related signs of use remain, as expected from a piece of this age.
