Mid Century Arkana ‘Tulip’ Style Dining Table SOLD
Inspired by the Tulip Table by designer Eero Saarinen, this table has become a design classic.
The design of the set features a white fibreglass and plastic moulded circular top table with a single pedestal base.
This table was designed as the is perfect space saver as originally intended and a design classic of the mid century 1960s ‘Space Age’ era. Not only strikingly elegant but the pedal design of the table leaves no legs to get in the way once everyone is seated!
The table is in sturdy and solid condition, cleaned ready for a new home.
Some inevitable light wear from use over the years to the bases but this is minimal and all in very good condition for a practical piece of furniture nearly 50 years old. Pease note the small nick on the top of the table. Please review the photos – happy to answer any questions.
