Mid Century oak chest of drawers manufactured by British company CWS Ltd.
CWS Ltd manufactured furniture for the co-op between 1938 and 1961 this particular piece is from 1956.
Two drawers for storage, besides a tall cupboard. Unusual original long and two-tone Art Deco styled handles.
On raised carved legs with a distinctive ‘art deco’ appearance. A large ‘floating’ curved original mirror.
In clean and excellent vintage condition, no splits to the wood, the mirror is free from any foxing or cracks. The drawers work well and the cupboard opens as it should. Please review the photos – happy to answer any questions.
