1970s Vintage Retro STAG Teak Chest of 8 Drawers with Mirror SOLD
Stag furniture was a popular mass market British manufacturer in the 1960’s and 1970’s.
They employed John and Sylvia Reid as design consultants. This chest of drawers / or dressing chest is from the Cantana range they designed and follow their well known understated minimalist style.
It is made from teak veneer and has 8 graduating drawers with teak sculpted pull handles. Adjustable / removable mirror.
In good clean vintage condition – all drawers are internally clean and run smoothly. Few scratches / a nick on the back left corner to the top of the chest due to general wear and tear consistent with age. The mirror is free from cracks but a small patch of foxing and a faint scratch which can be seen when looking close.
