A mid century ‘Hamilton’ Rosewood Cocktail cabinet designed by Robert Heritage and manufactured by Archie Shine, circa 1960. Beautifully constructed with book matched Rosewood veneer throughout. Wooden trumpet handles rather than the later brass ones. The double doors to the upper part open to reveal a black formica slide-out drinks surface revealing a double height shelf to store bottles that are in use! A mirrored back and slim glass shelf with a large drawer with signature reeded front and spacious double cupboard below, raised on tapered legs.

In good vintage condition, doors drawers and the slide out tray all work smoothly as they should. The mirrored back is clean with no obvious foxing, the glass shelf is free of any cracks, chips. The only signs of damage is to the veneer on the inside cupboard door which is missing (see picture). Obviously doesn’t affect use and is not notable once the doors are closed.
