This ever poplar sideboard was designed by Patrick Lee and manufactured by British cabinet maker Nathan Furniture in the mid 1960s.
Featuring classic ‘Circle’ marquetry to the door fronts, a solid teak top with three good sized graduating drawers, one large shelved cupboard and a drop down drinks cupboard.
Nathan was known for producing keenly collected and highly regarded furniture in the mid twentieth century. Dubbed ‘Circles’ because of the circular shaped door fronts, this design is particularly poplar among mid-century admirers.
In good vintage condition, however does show signs of age and previous use. Structurally sound, drawers and cupboards are clean and work well. Please review the photos – happy to answer any questions.
A very desirable piece, it would make a great addition to any vintage / mid-century inspired interior
