Classic G Plan Sideboard EGomme Tola Range SOLD
Tola and Black was a ‘new’ glamorous range for G Plan in the late 1950s. It is sometimes found without the ebonised legs, with the furniture finished in Tola only.
A great storage solution or TV cabinet as you can store all your media devices inside the cabinet.
Mid century circa 1950s – 1960s – part of the first range of furniture produced by G Plan and it’s an excellent piece of retro furniture – manufactured to a very high British standard.
It is very stylish and a much sought after style of sideboard, which is becoming more difficult to find.
Made of Tola Wood (African Mahogany)
The sideboard stands on framed angled ebonised wooden legs with brass feet.
It features 2 sets of bifold doors at the bottom opening to a spacious cupboard with adjustable shelves. Above that is 3 useful drawers. One of the drawers is lined in black velvet with its original wooden partitions for cutlery.
Original handles and G Plan gold stamp.

Good vintage condition – wear and tear consistent with age.
