The FD133 Spade chair was originally designed in 1954 by Finn Juhl for France and Sons.
The Model 133 ‘Spadestolen’ was Finn Juhl’s first collaboration with Danish producer France & Son. The frame was originally made in teak with loose foam cushions, sprung back and ‘knock-down’ construction for easier export. A later version was produced in limited quantities post-1960 in the highest quality Brazilian Rosewood.
In excellent vintage unrestored condition. The cushion is original from we acquired the chair and is in good condition. The springs are all in tact. Please review the photos – happy to answer any questions.
