This is a lovely example of this suite you’ll find of this popular model from the early 1970’s. A stunning boat shape rosewood table top on a removable tubular chrome frame. Original label on the underside.
Designed by Tim Bates with a good quality chrome base and nicely chosen rosewood veneered top with a fantastic grain and rich colour. These are the low back chairs from the same range all 6 have arms so everyone gets a really comfortable seat . Upholstered in their original dark, almost plum coloured, leather
These chairs were bought from Harrods’ in the 1970s
The table is in good vintage condition. Sings of previous use as to be expected. The chrome legs are in good condition with no significant signs of rusting. The chairs are also in equally good condition. The original upholstery is in lovely vintage condition with only very minor signs of wear if you look very closely, but nothing we can show in a photo, with only just a minor tear in the leather on one of the chairs but this doesn’t effect use. Please review the photos – happy to answer any questions.
