Vintage Early Mid Century Industrial Oak Chest of Drawers Military MOD 1940s SOLD
A good solid chest. Dovetail joints show excellent craftsmanship that is to be expected for a chest commissioned for the War Department.
Two small drawers over three – all run smoothly. The handles are original as far as I believe. Key still present for the top drawer which in itself is pretty rare!
Military stamps still visible.
In excellent original condition – not splits to the wood, signs of worm. In clean but unrestored condition. Please review photos – happy to answer and questions.
