Inspired by the Tulip Table by designer Eero Saarinen, the Arkana dining set was produced by British furniture manufacturer Arkana in the 1960s/70s and has become a design classic. An original Arkana ‘Tulip’ dining suite by Maurice Burke consisting of a round dining table and four swivel chairs.

This 1960s Arkana ‘Tulip’ Dining Table & Four Chairs set will fit perfectly in any mid-century modern or contemporary kitchen or dining room. The set includes a round dining table with a diameter of 201cm and four chairs, all made of a durable combination of plastic, steel and fibreglass materials. The chairs are newly upholstered in Minerva Wool mustard fabric and new foam cushions.

Assembly is required as the table top will be removed for transport, but no additional parts are needed. This mid-20th century set is perfect for anyone looking for a stylish piece of furniture for their home. This suite is perfect as a space saver as originally intended and a design classic of the era. Not only strikingly elegant but the pedal design of the table leaves no legs to get in the way once everyone is seated!

The table and chairs are in sturdy and solid, cleaned ready for a new home. Some inevitable wear from use over the years to the bases is evident but this is fairly minimal and all in very good condition for a practical piece of furniture nearly 50 years old.
