Vintage Mid Century 1960s Austinsuite Desk / Dressing Table SOLD
Here is a very elegant piece of mid-century design from the 1960s, British made by Austinsuite.
A great quality six graduating drawer piece in nice clean, vintage condition. Lovely colour and grain pattern to the wood.
By British manufacturer Austin Suite. F Austin was a well respected British manufacturer. They made teak and afromosia furniture in the 1950s / 1960s to a ‘new modern’ design.
‘Hidden’ finger pull handles and elegant ‘slim’ tapered legs. Was originally designed as a dressing table but unfortunately the mirror is no longer available but would make a great home office desk in a vintage inspired or modern interior.
In good vintage condition. Usual wear and tear to be expected with a piece of this age. Please see photos – happy to answer any questions.
