Vintage Mid Century Teak Sideboard / Credenza by VANSON for Heals  SOLD

Designed by Peter Hayward for British Manufacturer Vanson a teak and rosewood large sideboard.

Vanson furniture is defined by contemporary design and high end craftsmanship.

Central bank of 4 drawers, top drawer with dividers and black vinyl baize. Flanked by single cupboard (removable internal shelves) on solid rounded teak supports.

Teak veneer with rosewood veneer cupboard doors, maple interior and solid rosewood drawer handles. Decorated and finished on both sides so could also double as a room divider.

Vanson furniture was produced by W.G Evans and Sons. It was aimed at the high end of the market with a focus on expertly crafted modernist design. British designer Peter Hayward was head of design and ensured the company remained at the cutting edge of contemporary design throughout the mid 20th century.

In very good vintage condition with some light signs of use. Cleaned and ready to go straight into your home.
