A vintage set of six Danish dining chairs by Niels Møller, Model 75 and Model 56, designed in 1954 and produced in the 1960s–70s. This particular set was bought new in 1972.
Each chair features a gently curved backrest and a sculpted frame in solid oak with mortise and tenon joinery. An iconic midcentury design that exemplifies Møller’s commitment to craftsmanship and organic form.
Crafted from solid teak, the frame has been carefully cleaned and danish oil applied to restore its rich, warm tone. All of the seats have been re-woven in authentic Danish paper cord, offering both durability and comfort.
There is an original manufacturer’s stamp on each of the chair frames.
In good vintage conidtion, all of the chairs are structurally sound. Papercord has been recently done in all six chairs.. P:ease review the photos – happy to answer any questions.
