Vintage Teak Avalon Small Sideboard / Chest of Drawers / Dressing Table SOLD
From the British manufacturer Avalon circa 1960s. Originally a dressing table / chest but with the mirror removed it makes a truly functional piece of genuine mid century furniture.
It features four generous drawers, with generous depth and beautiful solid teak handles. Unrestored, just gently cleaned, it has a beautiful golden patina that can only be achieved with age. Finished off with beautifully tapered inset legs.
A classic look from the 1960’s period, this is a useful piece of small storage furniture. Perfect size for a small apartment / flat space, either as a small sideboard, chest of drawers, console table or even re-purposed as a sink unit for a bathroom / ensuite.
