Here is a very elegant piece of mid-century design from the 1950s, British made by Austinsuite.

A great quality four drawer piece in nice clean, vintage condition. Lovely colour and grain pattern to the wood. 

By British manufacturer Austin Suite. F Austin was a well respected British manufacturer. They made teak and afromosia furniture in the 1950s / 1960s to a ‘new modern’ design.

A main reeded drawer design in the centre and accompanying brass coloured finger pull handles and feet, elegant ‘slim’ Atomic style tapered legs. The integrated original oval mirror adds to its elegant charm. However the mirror could be removed to then have a fantastic compact desk.

In good vintage unrestored condition. Usual wear and tear to be expected with a piece of this age. Please see photos – happy to answer any questions.
