1960s Mid Century Desk / Bureau by Ian Henderson SOLD
A seemingly rare desk / bureau was produced by Ian Henderson, in the UK during the 1960’s. A sleek mid century design, with straight lines and is made of a mix teak and possibly birch (quality timbers).
The desk has two sliding door cupboards on the bottom, above two single cupboards, either side a drop down lockable bureau (with key). Both the sliding door cupboards and the top cupboards have remove-able internal shelves. Standing on tapering slender legs.
The handles are solid wood.
In very good vintage condition. Minimal marks through age and general wear and tear. The key works well and the sliding doors and cupboards also run as they should. Please review the photos – happy to answer any questions.
