1960s Mid Century Rosewood Bar Cabinet by Torbjørn Afdal for Bruksbo  SOLD

A beautiful bar cabinet designed by Torbjørn Afdal. Produced by Mellemstrands Møbelfabrik / Bruksbo in Norway circa 1960s. 

A lovely example of the vintage mid century ‘Time’ Bar cabinet

Designed in the 1960’s the black laminate flip-top doubles in size for additional working space. The bar is complete with two original brass skeleton keys. 

Inside is additional deep storage for bottles, a green felt lined bottle racks, a shelf for glasses and a drawer space for all kinds of cocktail accoutrements.

Sadly the original castors have been removed – but I am trying to source replacements which will be added.

All round finished in rosewood. In excellent vintage unrestored condition. Minor wear consistent with age and use. Please review the photos – happy to answer any questions.
