4 x Mid Century PORTWOOD Teak Dining Chairs 1960s (Danish Style) SOLD
The four chairs were designed and made by Portwood of Stockport, Cheshire; they were renowned for their high quality workmanship. The construction although English is strongly influenced by fashionable mid-century Danish design.
The padded seats are upholstered in a black vinyl. This is the original fabric; it remains in excellent condition. These chairs are deceptively comfortable. Can also be easily reupholstered if required.
Condition, is good, there are no repairs to any of the chairs and there is slight wear / small tears / minor damage in the upholstery.
These chairs are not new and although in great condition there are some minor wear consistent with overall age. The chairs have been thoroughly cleaned and polished. Please review the photos carefully as they form part of the description happy to answer any questions that you may have.
