Vintage Walnut & Sycamore Sideboard by Neil Morris for Morris Furniture, Glasgow  SOLD

A seemingly rare, really beautiful example of mid-century style and craftsmanship. A walnut veneered sideboard by Morris of Glasgow for Heals of London 1960’s. Designed by Neil Morris, this beautiful and high quality piece is a real design classic.  

A nice simple looking sideboard, with great lines and nice proportions. Classic Morris walnut veneers with sycamore details. Two single cupboards with an internal angled shelf, a drop down drinks cabinet/ cupboard, and single drawer. 

The Lounge / living room set was designed after austerity ended in 1952, this set utilised newly available, more luxurious Zebrano woods.

In good vintage condition. Some light marks consistent with general age and use. Please review the photos – happy to answer any questions.
