Mid Century Danish Style Zebrano & Rosewood Veneer Dressing Table Desk Sideboard SOLD
Stunning convex Rosewood & Zebrano Dressing Table by Elliott’s of Newbury. Circa 1960s.
Zebrano wood veneer construction a with a very nice grain throughout.
In good vintage Condition having been cleaned and polished but in original condition not refinished. It’s ready to go into any modern or retro interior. Some minor chips to the Veneer and some surface marks. The main mark is only visible when drawer is open. It’s a thumb wear mark which I may try to cover but it doesn’t effect the look (see photos). Very slight scratch on the mirror but difficult to see in photos – can supply more if required. The mirror is heavy and of quality construction finished on the reverse. I didn’t want to remove entirely to offer flexibility of use but it is easily removed and would make an excellent stand alone mirror with quality Teak frame also Convex in design.
Would make a stunning dressing table or Sideboard / Desk with the mirror removed.
Three slender reeded drawers above three large deep drawers which are furnished with contrasting rosewood and teak pull handles.
Tapered legs.
