Retro Vintage Mid Century 1960s Teak Sideboard by Avalon SOLD
This stylish 1960s teak sideboard was made by the British company, Avalon.
The sideboard features a central bank of three drawers flanked either side by a sliding cupboard door. The sliding cupboard doors with inset circular handles and contrasting knobs on the drawers are all typical features of the influential Danish modern design movement of the era. Removable shelves within the cupboards.
The sideboard is as sturdy as the day it was made with no loose joints.
In good vintage condition with minimal marks from general wear and tear. The cupboard doors still slide well. Please review the photos – happy to answer any questions.
