This table is a fantastic unrestored example of a Mid Century dining table from upmarket furniture makers Scandart of High Wycombe with 4 chairs.

This table has the most beautiful grain. A teak (Afromosia) wood. The table has a butterfly extension – so easily extends to seat more people. The table easily extends by pulling the two ends apart and unfolding the butterfly mechanism to reveal the integral additional leaf leading to an overall curved shape.

It comes with 4 Scandart Mid Century teak dining chairs in original black upholstery which can be easily re-upholstered to suit. They are secured to the frames with a single bolt. If you have a fabric and / or colour in mind then I can get these upholstered for you at an additional cost.

The table is in good unrestored vintage condition, joints are all sturdy and no significant marks or signs of any damage. As to be expected there is a discolouration in the extending part due to age and exposure. The chair cushions are a bit worn, but are clean and free from any rips / tears. The frames of the chairs are good and sturdy. Please review the photos – happy to answer any questions.
