Form Five was a range of G Plan which was produced from the late 1960’s to the mid 1970’s, designed by Richard Bennett.

Teak veneer and simple modern shapes with the distinctive brass drop handles.

A set of four drawers, 2 shallow, two deeper with the top half lined in purple felt.

In good clean vintage condition, with a few signs of use and wear. Please review the photos – happy to answer any questions.
