An late 1970s minimalist 2 part cupboard finished in olive melamine and teak veneer made by Remploy 1979.
This cupboard has a two sliding door cupboard on the bottom half with an internal shelf below a glass sliding door cupboard with adjustible shelving. Framed with a teak carcass and metal pull handles.
This elegantly simple cupboard was designed and made in the UK by Remploy. It is stamped on the back M.E.F 1979 and a further series of reference numbers / marks suggest that this may originally have been Air Corp / MOD contract furniture.
With strong, simple lines and beautiful golden teak wood grain on the back and sides, it’s now ready to provide excellent storage for a modern interior or commercial / studio setting.
There are a few light marks consistent with age and use but the overall condition is very good for its age. Please review the photos – happy to answer any questions.
